"Observation is the very act through which the quantum realm “discloses” itself. In quantum theory the moment of observation is where the rubber meets the road, which is to say, where abstract theory and empirical data meet and a specific actuality is realized and manifested out of a vast array of possibilities. It is important to note that/we are always “at” the moment of observation, which is to say that we’re there right now! There is no other moment but the one eternal moment of observation.
