Hay-Ku of the Day (The Nameless Absolute Source and Father of All)

Hay-Ku of the Day (The Nameless Absolute Source and Father of All)

“One God and Father
Of All, Who Is Above All
Though All, and in All.”

***

“Our Father” is an
“Absolute Potential” to
Be “Any and All.”

“Our  Father” is an
“Absolute Potential” to
Be “Nothing and All.”

***

“God the Father’s” an
“Absolute Potential” to
Be the “Ground of All.”

“God the Father’s” an
“Absolute Potential” to
Be the “Heart of All.”

***

“God the Father’s” an
“Absolute Potential” to
Be “All That Can Be.”

“God the Father’s” an
“Absolute Potential” to
“Live in Every Heart.”

***

“God the Father” is
The “Absolute Still Point Peace”
At the “Heart of All.”

“God the Father” is
The “All-Seeing Still Point Eye”
At the “Heart of All.”

“God the Father” is
The “Pure Still Point Peace” at the
“Heart of Awareness.”

“God the Father’s” the
“Dimensionless Still Point Peace”
At the “Heart of All.”

***

The “Everlasting
Father” is the “Prince of Peace”
At the “Heart of All.”

“I Am the “Living
Light of Love” shining from the
“Heart of Awareness.”

***

“Christ” Is the “Living
Light of Love” blazing from the
“Father’s Single-Eye.”

“Christ as the “Light of
Living Love” abides at the
“Heart of Awareness.”

[Rich Note: Same Fundamental Insight triangulated in more traditional Scriptural form:

“One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” Ephesians 4:6 KJV

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6 KJV

“For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;”. Ephesians 2:14 KJV

“Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.” Colossians 3:11 KJV

“The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.” Matthew 6:22 KJV

“Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.”  “Matthew 5:14 KJV

“Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” John 8:12 KJV ]

Hay-Ku of the Day (Three in One Am I)

What Is “Light” to the
Eye is “Silence” to the Ear
And “Love” to the Heart.

What Is “Light” to the
Eye is “Life” to the Body
And “Love” to the Heart.

**^

I Am Embodies
The Absolute Still Point Eye
Of God the Father.

I Am Embodies
The Absolute Still Point Peace
At the Heart of All.

I Am Embodies
The Absolute Awareness
Underlying All.

[Rich Note: Inspired by the following three Robert Sarrello I AM Mantras (which Robert instructs should “...be inwardly, bodily-gesturally, said from the place of the central point of the heart”) :

“I Am is a body of Light,
I Am a body of Light.

“I Am is a body of Silence,
I Am a body of Silence.

I Am is a body of Love
I Am a Body of Love.”]

Hay-Ku of the Day (Veterans Day Tribute to TSGT Clyde D, Alloway)

To those called to fight
In Vietnam, "There are no good
Wars, only good men!"

[Rich Note: Here’s a link to the on-line “Virtual Wall Vietnam Memorial" page dedicated to TSGT Clyde D. Alloway, a long ago friend and fallen comrade in arms, who didn't make it “back to the world":

And while we’re at it, here is a link to my own particular “mother of all war stories,” about the night ten aircrew members bailed out of a stricken AC-119K Stinger gunship in June 6th of 1970 and only nine made it back out of DaNang Harbor and the South China Sea — a mission, during which we logged one takeoff, no landings and got two trucks:

Hay-Ku of the Day (I Am as a Bridge Over Troubled Mental Waters)

“If you wish to think
Of God, think of I Am with
Your Respiration.”

Which is a haiku paraphrase of:

“When you want to think
Of God, think of I Am with
Your Respiration.” - Robert Adams

***

“Auto-Default” to
The “I Am Breath Prayer”when “faced
With a troubled mind.”

“Breath Prayer” as an
“Auto-Default” when troubled
Is a “Game Changer.”

The “Primal Breath Prayer”
Is: “I” on the “In-Breath” and
“Am” on the “Out-Breath.”

(1) Personal Note-Wise:

The wife asked if I knew what a contemplative breath prayer was and went on to suggest using “be“ on the “in-breath” and “loved” on the “out-breath,” as a kind of auto/default shift in conceptual gears when the mind happens to get “wrapped around its own mental axle.”

This, in turn, brought to mind a quintessential Robert Adams breath mediation that called for silently speaking “I” on the “in-breath” and “am” on the “out-breath” - a meditation, one might suggest, is the “Ultimate Breath Prayer.”

(2) Robert Adam’s-Wise:

“I Am is the first name of God. When you want to think of God, you think of I Am with your respiration. I Am is the first name of God. Close your eyes and try. Inhale and say, “I.” Exhale and say,  “Am.” Doesn’t that make you feel good? Just by saying I Am to yourself, it lifts you up. So the thing to do is this: Whenever you have a problem, I don’t care what it is, I don’t care how serious you think it is, whether it’s worldly or personal, wherever it came from, the secret is to forget yourself. For the moment, forget about the problem for as long as you can, and do the I Am meditation. If your mind wanders, bring it back again, and do the I Am meditation. — Robert Adams

(4) Sri Ramana/David Goldman-Wise:

For those who may be interested in understanding why such a seemingly simple prayer or meditation is so powerful, here’s a link to a much more detailed correlative presentation on the “First Name of All”:  “I am — The First Name of God,” by David Goldman, as It relates to Sri Ramana Insights:

“All I can truly say is: 'I am,’ all else is inference.”

“Refuse all thoughts except one: the thought 'I am'.”
