Hay-Ku of the Day ("The Headless Way")

"I Am Seeing" out
Of the "Open Awake Space"
Atop my shoulders.

"I Am Seeing" out
Of the "Nothingness" of the
"Awake Space" I Am.

***

The "Awake Space" now
Perched on my shoulders is
What Consciousness Is.

The "Awake Space" now
Perched on my shoulders is
Letting "What Is" Be.

***

As the "Seeing Space"
Perched on my shoulders I Am
"Being Awareness."

As the "Seeing Space"
Perched on my shoulders I Am
"Consciousness Itself."

As the "Seeing Space"
Perched on my shoulders I Am
"Full of Everything."

***

"Unconditioned Space"
Is Very Happy to Let
"Conditioned Space" Be.

The Unconditioned
Awake Space I Am is Full
Of Everything Else.

The "That Which Is" of
Conditioned Space Exists in
Unconditioned Space.

[Rich Note: The following "Science and Non-Duality" YouTube, "The Headless Way (pioneered by DE Harding) as a path to enquiring 'Who Am I?'"by Rich Lang (which inspired today's "headless hay-ku") serves as a lovely experiential/experimental complement to (and visceral verification of) the great Fred David YouTube (Attention Practice: A Powerful New Way of Clearing) previously linked. ]

An Amazing Combo Quote

"The only real cure isn't less self-consciousness but more - more of that true Self-consciousness which is seeing one's Absence, instead of that self-consciousness which is trying to overlook one's presence."

DE Harding

"When I look inside and see that I am nothing, that is wisdom.
When I look outside and see that I am everything, that is love.
And between these two, my life turns." -- Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj
