Hay-Ku of the Day (Forgiveness)

[Rich Note: Companion image may be viewed at rfhay333.gather.com.]

(Forgive Them Father Photograph)

Forgive Them Father (2009): If I Know I Am One with my Brothers, then asking that They be "forgiven" (for they know not what they do) is really forgiving Oneself; Companion haiku: If We Are All One Forgiving Another Is Forgiving My Self.

Forgiveness serves to
Short-circuit emotional
Attachment to thought.

Forgiveness shorts out
The emotional charge that
Enlivens self-thought.
