A mental fire-storm

Of dark possibility, 

Thought into being.

Self-centered thinking 

Causes such unhappiness —

Bedeviled by thought.

Constant resistance, 

Kicking against worldly pricks —

Self-inflicted wounds

Hell is in your head, 

Heaven is in your heart and 

Love is everywhere.
